30 Day Refunds

We will refund any open bottles of a multiple product purchase for up to 30 days after purchase as part of our Feel Better Guarantee.

Please note that if you make a single product purchase you only have 14 days to return this, as our 30 day return policy only applies to a multiple product purchase.

All unused and unopened products will also be refunded up to 30 days after purchase. This also applies to a single product purchase.

The YourMindandHealth Feel Better Guarantee only applies to the first order of each product. Where more than one of the same product is ordered, only one opened bottle within the order will be refunded. All unopened bottles will be refunded.

For example, if you buy three bottles of the same supplement, and one is opened, but two remain unopened, you can get a full refund for all three within 30 days. 

If you buy three bottles and two are opened, we will refund two bottles. To get a full refund you must return all unopened products. 


When you receive a refund under any guarantee, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In addition if you purchase more items and one of those is discounted, if you return one of those products it will be refunded at the discounted price.

If over 30 days have gone by since your multiple product purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds – If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form.

How To Refund Your Product(s)

To return your product(s), you should tell us that you are sending the product(s) back using the contact form on the website.

Then, mail your product(s) with the original dispatch note (or a written note that includes your name, address and order ID) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
